Mission
Statement
The mission of the Heritage Ministry is to assist the Senior Pastor
with ministry to the young members of the church. We provide an
unrestricted, nurturing Christian environment where young people
can Embrace God, Engage their call, become equipped for ministry,
and in turn Employ their gifts in the vineyard.
Objective
The young members do not just want to know Biblical principles
but how they apply to their lives so in accordance to our Senior
Pastor’s vision we are addressing those issues by doing
the following:
1. establishing the Word of God as a stronghold in the lives of
our young people
2. giving the Word of God with various forms of life application
3. providing non-traditional (out of box) ways of worship and
biblical instruction
4. developing relationships within and outside of the church with
a wide range of activities
5. empowering young people thus preparing them for leadership
roles.
We adhere to the needs of young people first grade though college.
Our young people are our heritage and we must direct them like
an archer with his bow so they will be prepared for life’s
challenges. This is done by placing them on the Ships of Success:
