Church Financial Management and Leadership Institute
The Church Financial Management and Leadership Institute (CFMLI) was founded in 2001 with the purpose of assisting churches in their efforts to train leaders of the contemporary church.

The Institute offers a variety of courses especially designed to meet the needs of clergy and laity in the areas of financial management, Christian education, leadership development, and administrative issues of managing a faith-based entity. Keys to the Kingdom - Media Ministry
The media ministry of K. W. Brown Ministries is steadily adding to its library of offerings on biblical teachings. The media ministry includes tapes, CD’s, videos, and books written and recorded by Rev. Dr. Kim W. Brown or Elder Dr. Valerie K. Brown, CPA.

Kingdom Keepers
Kingdom Keepers Partners is a biblical covering for Pastors and Ministers. It is designed for the Pastor or Minister who is not satisfied with the traditional church and has an ear for God’s revelation for the church of the new millennium. It is designed to provide a smooth transition towards strengthening your credibility, establishing financial accountability and enhancing leadership reliability. Pastors and ministers associated with this program are able to attend all classes of the Institute at reduced rates as well as purchase books and tapes at a substantial discount. At least once a year, all members of the Kingdom Keepers Partnership come together for a special session of learning and renewal in the ministry.

Keys to the Kingdom Partners
Without the tremendous support of many individuals, Keys to the Kingdom would not be able to provide its ministry to the community. From the contributions, Keys is able to produce books, tapes, and seminars to enable the Christian community to grow in spiritual maturity.

Scholarships
K. W. Brown Ministries currently provides “gifts” to graduating seniors. We call them “gifts” because at this point, the amount in our mind is not sufficient to call scholarships. We are believing your contributions will increase so that collectively our ministry is able to support several deserving young people go to college.
In addition to individual gifts, K. W. Brown Ministries provides an annul contribution to the Samuel D. Proctor, School of Theology and Virginia State University, Petersburg, Virginia, Accounting Department.

Paradigm Shift
The Paradigm Shift is a quarterly publication of K. W. Brown Ministries. The publication offers valuable information for churches each quarter that will assist them in enhancing their ministries. Many of the publications deal with current tax issues, financial matters, or simple church concerns.

Each quarter, a section of the publication is devoted to a “Book of the Quarter.” The book of the quarter is selected with you in mind. We want each of our partners to continue to grow in spiritual maturity. We feel that if we all read the same materials we can help each other with issues and problems and be on the same page spiritually.
