The vision of the Christian Education Ministry is to assist the Pastor in accomplishing the mission of educating the local body of believers. The ministry accomplishes this by operating within the Pastor's vision and his assigned authority to perform the duties that relate to Christian education

Therefore the ministry engages in the act and process of educating to increase knowledge that pertains to God and the Kingdom of God. Our goal is to provide a program of Christian instructions that will facilitate an enlightening experience that will lead to transformation

We believe that Christian Education under-girds every ministry within the church; therefore it is our mission to educate the saints in the principles that will help them become effective disciples of our Lord and Savior

The Christian Education Ministry needs mature tithing believers who are able to take guidance, develop resources, and support ministry leadership to accomplish educational tasks. The Christian Education Ministry (CEM) is an extension of our Pastor. Therefore, CEM must follow the Pastors' leadership style and understand his vision focus to best support him and other ministries.


The Christian Education Ministry uses a "Decentralized Leadership" style to fulfill its purpose and principle function. This is done through a leadership staff. The "staff"' activities focus on the purpose of the staff, which is to assist the Pastor. This is accomplished mainly though the Education Ministry Coordinators. The Education Ministry Coordinators and staff should be continually alert to opportunities to streamline cumbersome or time consuming procedures.
